Exchange-Only Policy

Thank you for shopping with LuxWear Boutique! We hope you love your purchase, but if it’s not quite right, we’re happy to offer an exchange.


Exchange Eligibility

Online & In-Store Purchases:

  • Items must be exchanged within 10 days of purchase (in-store) or delivery date (online orders).

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags still attached.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all exchanges.


Final Sale Items

The following items are FINAL SALE and not eligible for exchange:

  • Sale/discounted items

  • Bodysuits, swimwear, undergarments

  • Accessories (jewelry, hats, etc.)

  • Gift cards


Online Exchanges

To request an exchange, email us at shopluxwear@gmail.com with your order number and the item you’d like to exchange.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

  • Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll send out your requested exchange or issue store credit if the item is unavailable.

No Refunds

We do not offer refunds. Exchanges or store credit only.
