Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping (3–7 business days): $12.00

  • Express Shipping (1–3 business days): $18.00

Free standard shipping is available on all orders over $100

Shipping Issues & Delays
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout. If your package is lost or delayed, please contact the shipping carrier directly or email us at shopluxwear@gmail.com for assistance.

Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to claim it, we will contact you for a reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
